Virtual Assistant Sales Research & Enablement

Our sales team is fast-moving and focused on outbound pipeline generation. We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to supercharge prospecting efforts by managing data tasks, research, and sourcing, freeing up our SDR to focus on outreach and booking qualified meetings.
The Role
You will act as the SDR’s right hand helping build laser-targeted lead lists, enrich data source candidate and client profiles, and pull key insights from tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and internal CRM platforms. This is a critical support role that ensures our sales team runs like a machine.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Research & List Building
- Build and maintain ICP-aligned lead lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Segment accounts by industry, title, location, company size, and hiring signals.
- Tag and categorize leads in CRM (Crelate).
Profile Sourcing & Data Enrichment
- Pull contact data (email, phone, LinkedIn URL) for decision-makers and candidates.
- Identify hiring triggers (open roles and org changes) at target companies.
- Maintain data hygiene across prospecting tools and Google Sheets.
Reporting & Intelligence Gathering
- Track outreach results: email open/reply rates and campaign data.
- Compile competitor hiring trends, market intelligence, and company snapshots.
Sales Tool Support
- Update and maintain sequences in SourceWhale.
- Assist with CRM tagging, campaign prep, and daily dashboard upkeep.
- Capture meeting notes and pre‑call research for SDR briefings.
Outbound Email & Campaign Messaging
- Write and edit outbound email sequences and campaign messaging tailored to target personas.
- Enroll leads into SourceWhale campaigns and monitor performance.

Who You Are
- 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Admin in a B2B environment.
- Familiar with sourcing and data research for outbound sales or recruiting.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with fast‑paced, metric‑driven environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting staffing or recruiting teams.
- Experience with HubSpot Crelate.
- Familiarity with SaaS B2B consulting or enterprise sales cycles.
