Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to manage on-site and remote assistance for notebooks, desktops, printers and peripherals.

You will install and configure equipment, monitor SLAs, log tickets, and coordinate third-party vendors while ensuring asset control and proactive problem resolution within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with onsite and remote technical support.
• Knowledge of maintenance for notebooks, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks.
• Experience with equipment installation and configuration.
• Organized, with experience in ticket logging and asset control.
• Proactive profile, focused on problem resolution and meeting SLAs.
