Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide installation, configuration, and maintenance for clients in Rio de Janeiro, either onsite or remotely. The role involves diagnosing incidents across hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, logging tickets, and ensuring SLA compliance while advising users on proper usage.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and peripherals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction with reliable service

Qualificações

Technical diploma completed or in progress in Computer Science, Networking, or Telecommunications.
Experience providing technical support to users onsite and/or remotely.
