Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a senior Talent Augmentation and staffing leader to manage the operation, build strategic relationships, and identify opportunities nationally and internationally.

You will coordinate cross-country staffing with HR Path teams, work with Sales, Recruitment and Consulting to develop opportunities, and monitor utilization, revenue and margins while delivering high client satisfaction.

Qualificações

Experience in Talent Augmentation, staffing, outsourcing, professional allocation, or consulting services, preferably in the technology market.
Strong client management and business development skills.
Experience in capacity management, availability planning, resource planning, and resource allocation.
Ability to structure and negotiate commercial proposals, rates, margins, and engagement models.
Knowledge of operational metrics such as utilization, bench, revenue, margin, and capacity.
Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
Advanced English proficiency for working with clients, partners, and global teams.

Responsabilidades

Manage the Talent Augmentation operation and professional staffing allocation.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Identify professional staffing opportunities nationally and internationally.
Manage the pipeline of requests, opportunities, available professionals, and anticipated movements.
Anticipate bench and redeployment risks.
Ensure efficient resource allocation based on skills, seniority, availability, location, costs, and client needs.
Coordinate cross-country staffing opportunities with HR Path teams in other countries.
Work with Sales, Recruitment, and Consulting teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
Participate in the development and negotiation of commercial proposals, professional profiles, rates, margins, and engagement models.
Track and optimize utilization, availability, revenue, and margin metrics.
Monitor allocation quality and the satisfaction of clients, partners, and professionals.
Address needs and identify new opportunities.
