A leading tech company in São Paulo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst. This role includes managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers, and enhancing candidate experiences. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst to play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a wide range of roles, from intake briefing to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align expectations, and define recruitment strategies.
Execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, talent pools).
Screen and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
Conduct structured interviews and support hiring managers with evaluation methodologies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for strategic roles.Monitor recruitment KPIs, ensuring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience, communicating clearly throughout the process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Work closely with People, HRBP, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments (tech, digital, scale-ups or similar).
Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing and evaluation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with ownership and prioritization.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Data-driven mindset with ability to use KPIs to improve performance.
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (InHire, Gupy, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
A collaborative mindset and passion for building great teams.
