LANXESS is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support internal and external recruitment processes, develop strategies to attract aligned professionals, and strengthen Employer Branding across global Talent Acquisition initiatives.

The role involves partnering with managers and stakeholders to promote inclusive hiring decisions in line with the organization’s guidelines and ongoing recruitment process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and in supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and lead initiatives.

Work Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Languages:

Full professional proficiency in English for working in a global environment. Intermediate Spanish is a plus.

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience working in corporate environments and supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, propose solutions, and lead initiatives with a high level of responsibility.
