A leading mobility technology company in São Paulo is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruiting team in sourcing and screening candidates. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in recruiting, a strong interest in talent acquisition, and advanced English skills. This role will involve ensuring a positive candidate experience, coordinating the hiring process, and working with HR teams to enhance efficiency. Qualificações

About the Team/role

As a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our recruiting team in finding and attracting great talent to build strong teams across the organization. You’ll help with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
