Frontall HR Solutions in Curitiba is seeking a Recruitment Analyst to support the full cycle of candidate sourcing, posting, screening, and interviewing for North American clients. You will maintain candidate data and liaise with the internal team to align hiring needs and timelines.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Prior recruitment experience is essential.
