Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, seeks an IT Analyst to support management by identifying improvements to processes and systems, delivering better tools to optimize departmental workflows and ensure industry best practices.

You will transform data into strategic information with reports and dashboards, manage access profiles for systems and data, evaluate new technologies and vendors, monitor databases, contribute to development processes, and advance automation through RPA.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Systems Engineering or related field.
Experience with Power BI or RPA tools.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
ETL tooling familiarity.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Assist in identifying improvements to IT processes and systems to optimize workflows.

Support IT Management in identifying improvements to the Foundation's processes and systems, providing better tools to simplify and optimize departmental workflows and ensure industry best practices.
Assist in transforming data into strategic information by using analysis and tools to create reports and interactive dashboards that help business areas make smarter decisions.
Manage access profiles for systems, information, data and resources, preventing information conflicts and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Research and identify new technologies, evaluate vendors, request product demonstrations and assess functionality to keep the company's systems and applications up to date.
Monitor and support database server administration, including analysis of database architecture to ensure availability and high performance.
Perform tasks related to systems development processes, taking responsibility for the quality, reliability, confidentiality and performance of the resources, services and information under your responsibility.
Work on automation development (RPA).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Systems Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of Power BI or RPA.
Preferred knowledge of Database Administration (SQL and Oracle) and ETL tools.
