Jobtailor is seeking a System Requirements Analyst in Rio de Janeiro to elicit and analyze business needs, interviewing stakeholders to understand problems and objectives.

You will map processes, model data, and design changes, while collaborating with developers to ensure correct implementation and successful deployment.

This role emphasizes stakeholder management, testing, and data quality, with opportunities to refine systems across interfaces.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Elicit requirements to be addressed through system support by conducting interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand the problems and/or objectives to be achieved that will add business value;
• Analyze, negotiate, and specify requirements, developing scenarios and building prototypes of system changes, mapping processes and modeling data, and evaluating integration among the company's various systems, with the aim of designing a new system or adaptations to existing systems;
• Monitor and support the system development phase, clarifying developers' questions and supplementing specifications when necessary to ensure correct implementation of the system design;
• Plan and execute tests to evaluate system functionality, verifying compliance with business requirements and quality standards;
• Support stakeholder validation of the system design by overseeing acceptance testing and managing any necessary adjustments to ensure a quality delivery;
• Manage system deployment by planning and overseeing installation and data migration when required to ensure a successful transition in the company's operational routines and processes;
• Monitor the use of the delivered system and support its users to identify and address any errors and improvements that may arise.
