• Provide support and maintenance for corporate HR systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
• Experience supporting corporate HR systems
• Knowledge of the Senior HCM system, preferably in the Payroll and Personnel Administration modules
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, Web Services, integration files, or middleware)
• Experience with databases and SQL queries
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and change management
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Proactive attitude and sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and collaborating with global teams
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global teams
• Knowledge of Payroll processes, Personnel Administration, and HR interfaces
