Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to elicit and document requirements, architect and integrate corporate systems, and drive data and AI initiatives in São Paulo. The role emphasizes governance, security, and high-quality documentation.

The candidate will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business areas to deploy, maintain, and improve platforms, APIs, and automation, ensuring operational continuity and value delivery.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate degree in Technology, Information Systems or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge in systems analysis, requirements elicitation and functional and technical documentation.
• Experience in development, configuration, maintenance/support and integration of corporate systems.
• Knowledge of information security practices, IT governance, software quality and change management.
• Experience with agile and/or traditional project methodologies, demand prioritization and delivery tracking.
• Experience in BI, data management, process automation and business-applied AI concepts.
• Knowledge of AI architecture and application, including solution design, system integration, intelligent automation, use of AI models and governance.
• Analytical ability to diagnose problems, propose alternatives and implement efficient solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Organization, sense of urgency, proactivity, autonomy, collaboration and results focus.
• Consultative attitude and ability to work on complex issues with a systemic view and technical responsibility.
• Technical courses and certifications in data and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze and document requirements with business areas, understanding needs and proposing system solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze, specify, develop, configure, test, deploy and support corporate systems and applications.
• Support the definition of technical architecture, integrations, data modeling, APIs, automations and improvements to existing systems.
• Perform corrective, evolutionary and preventive maintenance on applications, ensuring stability, performance, security and continuity.
• Participate in technology projects, improvement and support initiatives, monitoring timelines, priorities, technical risks and delivery quality.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation, ensuring traceability, standardization and knowledge transfer.
• Support data, BI, automation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, contributing to the responsible use of information and improved decision-making.
• Interact with vendors, internal IT teams and user areas to resolve incidents, evolve solutions and implement new features.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced analysts when necessary, sharing best practices and supporting the team's technical development.
