Jobtailor seeks an experienced Technology Lead to drive process improvements and automation initiatives across cooperative networks in Porto Alegre. You will map, analyze, and evolve processes for efficiency, with API integrations and AI involvement, while aligning with architecture and security standards.

Candidates should have an IT-related degree, hands-on RPA or software development experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in IT, Eng, IS, Data Science or related fields.
Experience developing RPA or software using any tool or programming language.
Availability to travel.
Availability to work on-site preferred (hybrid negotiable).
Advantageous: BPM (Fluid, SeSuite), RPA (UiPath, Python), AI and API integrations.
Postgraduate/Specialization/MBA completed or in progress.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or systems architecture.
Knowledge of business intelligence (BI).
Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives.
Experience with automation governance, standards and information security.

Responsabilidades

Drive improvements to technology processes.
Identify, prioritize and support automation and API integrations using AI.
Map, analyze and evolve processes for efficiency, risk reduction and better experience.
Assess gains in proposed solutions (time, cost, quality, risk).
Support or lead technology implementation initiatives with Cooperatives and relevant areas.
Monitor initiative outcomes through indicators and metrics.
Ensure solutions align with architecture, standards and guidelines.
Bridge between Central office, Cooperatives and system areas; facilitate decisions.
Represent Central office in forums and working groups.
Monitor trends, risks, regulations and technologies to ensure governance and security.

Identify, prioritize and support the implementation of automation initiatives, integrations (APIs) and solutions using Artificial Intelligence
Map, analyze and evolve processes with a focus on efficiency, risk reduction and improved experience
Assess potential gains (time, cost, quality and risk) in proposed solutions
Support or lead technology implementation initiatives with Cooperatives and relevant areas
Monitor initiative outcomes through indicators and performance metrics
Ensure solutions are aligned with architecture, technical standards and System guidelines
Act as a bridge between the Central office, Cooperatives and system areas, facilitating decisions and alignments
Represent the Central office in forums, working groups and local and system-wide initiatives
Monitor trends, risks, regulations and technologies, ensuring adherence to governance and information security

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields
Experience developing RPA or software using any tool or programming language
Availability to travel
