Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide in-person and remote assistance to users, handling tickets and ensuring high-quality service in Brazil. You will install and maintain software on desktops, laptops and mobile devices, perform hardware diagnostics and replace parts as needed.

The role requires knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS, experience with mobile devices, video conferencing tools, and a commitment to customer satisfaction through reliable support processes.

Qualificações

• Experience with IT equipment maintenance including hardware and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Ability to provide remote and in-person user support and ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote support (via tickets) to users
• Install and maintain software on microcomputer equipment (desktops, laptops and mobile devices)
• Perform hardware maintenance, including diagnostics and parts replacement
• Format and reinstall approved operating systems
• Provide support for devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, Linux/Unix workstations and MacBooks
• Support mobile telephony (smartphones and iPhones), fixed-line telephony and audio and video conferencing equipment
• Log, track and update technical tickets according to defined procedures
• Ensure high-quality service, contributing to customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in activities related to the area
• Experience with maintenance of IT equipment (hardware, software and operating systems)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Knowledge of mobile device support and video conferencing tools
