Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to manage and optimize the company's Data, Voice, and Video networks. You will configure Cisco switches/routers, administer WLC 9800, ISE, Catalyst Center, and SD-WAN, and collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams.

The role requires CCNA/CCNP knowledge, experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, routing protocols, and Linux basics. You will lead network projects, monitor incidents, and ensure security and reliability across

• Experience administering and supporting corporate networks (LAN, WAN, and WLAN).
• Knowledge of Cisco switches and routers.
• Knowledge of firewalls and network security.
• Experience troubleshooting networks and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of enterprise wireless network solutions (Wi-Fi).
• Experience with collaboration and IP telephony environments.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and network service administration.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies.
• Basic Linux administration skills.
• Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize the company's Data, Voice, and Video network.

• Administer Cisco WLC 9800, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, switches, routers, collaboration solutions, Audiocodes SBCs, Palo Alto firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Proactively and reactively monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot network incidents.
• Plan and implement network changes while ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and identify and implement network improvements.
• Develop and update network topology.
• Manage network infrastructure projects from conception through implementation.
• Provide specialized technical support to post-sales and pre-sales teams.
• Supervise and coordinate Field Service team activities.
