Jobtailor seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to oversee and support IP Backbone infrastructure for internal and client projects in the central region of São Paulo. You will work in medium to high-complexity environments, lead technical discussions, and deliver solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include advising Sales/Projects, implementing network security, and working with Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper gear while coordinating with vendors and traveling to client

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Engineering, IT or related field.
• CCNP certification is required.
• Experience with Cisco equipment and highly complex networks.
• Experience with telecommunications carrier projects.
• Advanced knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
• Advanced knowledge of switching protocols (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel).
• Experience with network security and firewalls from Cisco/Fortinet/Juniper is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco IOS/XE/XR/NX-OS and IPv4/IPv6 networks.
• Ability to lead projects in highly critical environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency and interaction with vendors.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with Python for network automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud networking is a plus.
• Consultative approach with strong customer service focus.

Requirements
