Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a purchasing professional to manage day-to-day procurement activities, process POs, evaluate supplier quotations and coordinate delivery schedules. You will monitor inventory, track shipments and assist with demand planning.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in purchasing/procurement and a diploma in SCM or related field, with strong Excel abilities and ERP experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory management.
• Diploma in supply chain, procurement or related field.
• Basic understanding of purchasing and inventory processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities based on business and inventory requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records, documentation and system updates.
• Resolve purchasing, delivery and supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Track incoming shipments and delivery timelines.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support stock and replenishment.
• Support demand planning by monitoring sales, inventory and supply data.
• Identify supply constraints and lead-time risks, escalate when needed.
• Prepare purchasing, inventory and supply reports.
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc supply chain projects.

5.5 days (Mon-Sat) Monday to Friday: 9-6pm, Saturday: 8am-12pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to support stock requirements and replenishment needs.
• Support demand planning activities by monitoring sales, inventory and supply data.
• Identify potential supply constraints, stock shortages and lead-time risks, and elevate when necessary.
• Prepare purchasing, inventory and supply-related reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management or a related field.
• Basic understanding of purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, purchasing systems or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
