Venture Corporation Limited is seeking a Senior Buyer for its Singapore GES Site in Marsiling. You will manage purchasing, supplier communications, and MRP integrity, ensuring on-time delivery and effective cost management in an electronics manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronics Engineering or 2-3 years' experience, with strong negotiation and SAP knowledge preferred. Join a global tech leader and contribute to ongoing supplier performance improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or 2-3 years' relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of raw materials costs and process time during negotiation with suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with both customers and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of procurement practices, terms, negotiation concepts and business law.
• Resourceful and able to build good rapport with suppliers.
• Understandings of the current market trends.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, team player with positive working attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling purchases and deliveries.
• Route Purchase Receipts to suppliers.
• Corresponding with suppliers.
• Feedback problematic parts to project leader/BU.
• Propose alternate solutions to resolve the problematic parts to project leader/BU.
• Review any opportunity of volume break cost saving.
• Issuing purchase orders.
• Update latest delivery commitment into SAP.
• Review & feedback critical part status and expediting delivery.
• Expediting IQA buyoff.
• Review and clear IQA rejection.
• Review and clear IQA rejected/MRB/RTV inventory.
• Follow up RTV return status.
• Feedback ECN/EOL part status to project leaders.
• Follow up the EOL part qualification status with procurements.
• Review & explain Excess & Obsolesces inventory.
• ReviewMRP Requirements.
• Report vendor delivery performance.
• Review and explain additional freight cost.
• Review & feedback vendor capacity/ support to project leader.
• Clean up outstanding PO, and housekeeping

JOB SUMMARY

Under the Purchasing Section Manager you will be responsible for compliance to the purchasing policy, order processing, ensure vendor on time delivery, issue requirement forecast to vendor, inventory control management, support new product introduction, RMA return management, resolve vendor payment issue, ensure integrity of MRP and review and feedback vendor capacity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling purchases and deliveries
• Route Purchase Receipts to suppliers
• Corresponding with suppliers
• Feedback problematic parts to project leader/BU
• Propose alternate solutions to resolve the problematic parts to project leader/BU

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering or 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in contract manufacturing or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of raw materials costs and process time during negotiation with suppliers
• Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with both customers and vendors
• Basic knowledge of procurement practices, terms, negotiation concepts and business law
• Resourceful and able to build good rapport with suppliers
• Understandings of the current market trends
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, team player with positive working attitude
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
