Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics procurement professional to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring timely deliveries from Sembawang.

The role operates on weekdays with standard hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm and offers a monthly salary range of UP$3,500–$4,500, plus a $70 meal allowance, AWS+VB yearly incentives, and company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing/ Logistics/ Materials Management/ Procurement or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience in similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.
• Lead and manage purchasing and operations teams to meet customer delivery schedules and satisfaction.
• Handle customer audits and complaints related to logistics/purchasing operations.
• Manage MRP fulfillment, stock replenishment, supplier contracts, order management, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
• Managing 3rd party logistics warehouse operations and logistics suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and processes.
