JBT Marel is seeking an experienced Production Planning Supervisor to lead the development, review, and management of production schedules in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will coordinate across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle), advanced Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints

• Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Implement and maintain planning systems, tools, and best practices
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
• Prepare reports and present KPIs to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

Key Responsibilities
