Joysonsafety in Jundiaí, BR is seeking a General PCP Coordinator to oversee production planning and control activities, aligning demand with manufacturing capacity and coordinating with supply chain, procurement, and logistics.

You will lead the PCP team, develop schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ERP/MRP systems knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• English proficiency (advanced level preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage production scheduling to optimize capacity, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory turnover, adherence to plan) and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies.
• Identify risks in the supply chain or production flow and propose mitigation plans.
• Lead and develop the PCP team, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Finance) to ensure integrated planning.
• Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
