JoysonSafety is seeking a General PCP Coordinator in Brazil to oversee production planning and control, aligning demand with manufacturing capacity and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will coordinate across procurement, inventory, logistics and S&OP, lead a PCP team, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP systems and data analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• English proficiency (advanced level preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage production scheduling to optimize capacity, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory turnover, adherence to plan) and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategies.
• Identify risks in the supply chain or production flow and propose mitigation plans.
• Lead and develop the PCP team, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Finance) to ensure integrated planning.
• Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
