Jobtailor in Londrina, Parana, seeks a seasoned Production and Quality leader to translate strategic direction into daily operations across production, quality, safety and logistics.

You will supervise scheduling, budget, 6S, audits, training, and continuous improvement projects, ensuring Master Plan deadlines and GMP/NR compliance. The role requires multi-disciplinary leadership to drive efficiency and safe operations.

Qualificações

• Superior degree in Administration or Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policies (Integrated Policy).
• Know-how of GMP/BPF and ISO or FSSC 22000 systems.
• Ability to supervise multiple areas: production, quality, safety, logistics and continuous improvement.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Supervise area activities, translate strategic direction into operational activities, define priorities, delegate tasks and provide scheduling information
• Supervise and control production scheduling for all area machines, evaluating production orders, delivery deadlines and machine utilization
• Ensure production meets the Master Plan and contracted deadlines (Difot)
• Supervise quality and safety procedure and process audits, identify nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions
• Control and approve the area budget, purchasing requests and service contracts within the approved budget
• Participate in the Materials Review Committee (CRM) and follow nonconformity records (RNC) through resolution
• Monitor area indicators, analyze occurrences and FCA forms, and propose process and machine improvements
• Supervise 6S activities, T-cards and area organization and cleanliness
• Conduct safety conversations (DDS) and investigate safety incidents, causes and mitigation plans
• Manage, train, coach and provide feedback to area employees; control attendance and plan vacations
• Arrange specific training for area processes and machines
• Lead improvement projects for production lines and machines, including solution and risk analysis, supplier research, specifications and presentations for leadership approval
• Develop continuous improvement projects using quality tools, corrective action plans and management presentations
• Use required PPE and uniforms; maintain company property, workplace cleanliness and organization
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with quality, safety, health, environmental and conduct standards
• Promote personal and professional self-development and organizational Mission, Vision and Values
• In the Paint Factory, supervise logistics activities and support other group units with technical product information

Requirements

• Superior degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of Integrated Policy covering Quality, Environment, Health and Safety
• Basic knowledge of operational control, incident reports, emergency plans, nonconformity investigation, respiratory protection, occupational health programs, hearing protection, LOTO, chemical substances, lifting and mobile equipment (NR11), work permits, pedestrian and visitor policy, human-machine interface protection (NR12), manual cutting tools, NR10 electrical, NR33 confined spaces, environmental risk, PPE, management of change, working at heights (NR35), and safety blitzes
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF/GMP)
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO and FSSC 22000), quality tools, environmental aspects and impacts, health and safety hazards and risks, document and records control, operational control, measurement and testing equipment, identification and traceability, product and customer property preservation, quality/environment/health/safety nonconformities, 6S program, selective collection, pest control, and HACCP plan when applicable
• Ability to supervise production, quality, safety, logistics, human resources and continuous improvement activities
• Ability to use production, management and quality systems
• Ability to comply with PPE, uniform, NR-1, quality, safety, health, environmental and conduct requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of production techniques, applied technology and restricted information
