Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Demand & Operations Planner to optimize manufacturing capacity and lead times. You will analyze demand, allocate production models, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to maintain margins and efficiency.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills, English proficiency, and experience with AI tools like Claude. Retail planning background is a plus, with a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Match demand against manufacturing capacity across internal, external, and Asia Hub.
• Manage the calendar and seek to reduce lead times by sourcing.
• Balance model allocation across suppliers (overloads/underutilization).
• Ensure the optimal share across production models.
• Monitor cost versus target during development (Gates 3-4).
• Ensure margin control in partnership with the Product Planning team.
• Control GGF (manufacturing overhead).
• Manage post-sale replenishment for wholesale.
• Govern the cycle, including the calendar, owners, agenda, minutes, and follow-up on decisions.
• Manage interfaces with Demand/Planning, Production and Sourcing, Logistics, Commercial/Wholesale, Finance, and Product/Style teams.
