Human Resources Business Partner Job Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations with precision and adherence to labor laws.
This role ensures seamless employee lifecycle management and supports a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the entire process of new hire onboarding, including document collection, system entry, and orientation coordination.
- Process employee resignations and terminations, conduct exit interviews, complete clearance procedures, and maintain accurate records in compliance with CLT regulations.
- Employment Contract Management: Prepare, issue, renew, and archive employment contracts in accordance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
- Track probation periods and support performance evaluation processes.
- Attendance & Timekeeping Administration: Monitor daily attendance using electronic time clock systems (e.g., Ponto Eletrônico).
- Review overtime, absences, leaves, and schedule adjustments.
- Collaborate with department heads to validate monthly attendance data.
- Payroll Support & Social Contributions: Assist in monthly payroll processing, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.
- Handle statutory contributions such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF—ensuring accurate reporting and timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal finance or external payroll providers to ensure error‑free disbursement.
- New Employee Orientation: Deliver basic onboarding training sessions covering company policies, workplace rules, HR systems, and safety guidelines.
- Support new hires in integrating into the team and understanding their roles.
- HR Data & Record Keeping: Maintain up‑to‑date employee master data, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all HR documentation and system entries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on HR experience in a Brazilian company or multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho – CLT).
- Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contract administration, attendance tracking and timekeeping systems, payroll support and social tax/filing (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable with strong execution skills.
- Experience in conducting training or employee engagement activities.
- Fluently English for business communication.
