Amazon Logistica Do Brasil is seeking a Site Leader to run end-to-end operations in São Paulo, overseeing inbound receipt, processing, sortation, and dispatch with a focus on delivering 3-hour promises and maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will lead blue badge associates, manage hiring and coaching, optimize labor and OT, prevent defects, and provide clear performance updates to senior leadership using real-time dashboards.

Competenze

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Leader to manage Super Stores operations in the São Paulo. This role is responsible for end-to-end operational performance under the roof — from inbound transfer receipt from feeder FCs through processing, sortation, and dispatch to last mile — ensuring delivery promises of 3 hours or less are consistently met. The Site Leader will own safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across multiple dispatch cycles daily, driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
