Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking an export/import shipping coordinator to manage documentation, declarations, and carrier coordination for cross-border shipments in Brazil. You will prepare the required paperwork and liaise with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and social media platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and handle full set of export and import shipping documentation.
• Handle permit declarations for customs clearance.
• Liaise with direct carrier/forwarder on delivery schedule.
• Liaise with haulier for trucking arrangement and filing.

• Prepare and handle full set of export and import shipping documentation such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, Letter of Credit (L/C) and etc
• Handle permit declaration for custom clearance
• Liaise with direct carrier/forwarder on delivery schedule
• Shipping matters and filing.
• Liaise with haulier for trucking arrangement.
