Crane Freight in Rio de Janeiro is seeking an Import Coordinator to support international freight operations across air and ocean, ensuring accurate information in TMF/C2C/Follow-net and timely communication with shipping lines and carriers.

The role involves coordinating arrivals, supporting import processes, and maintaining document control while interfacing with internal departments. Strong English and professional communication are required, with teamwork and organization as core strengths.

Qualificações

• Must have education in business/foreign trade/logistics field.
• Knowledge of international logistics and documentation is expected.
• Strong planning and time management abilities required.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly.

• Update Import information in TMF/C2C/Follow-net to support customer needs.
• Monitor import international ocean and air freight operations.

• Updating Import information in the system, TMF, C2C, Follow-net, any other system applied to attend customer needs.
• Monitoring Import international ocean and air freight operations.
• Coordinate arrivals with shipping lines, airlines and carriers.
• Support with import process and following up document control
• Support logistic coordination in import administrative and operation routines.
• Interface with internal departments
• Beginner to advanced English proficiency.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable of freight forwarding in air and ocean transportation.
• Required skills: Planning, time management, collaboration and organization.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, interact with internal and external resources, positive and flexible attitude, and professionalism.
