Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an import logistics assistant in Rio de Janeiro to support international freight operations and document control. You will update import information in multiple systems, monitor ocean and air shipments, and coordinate arrivals with lines and carriers.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and familiarity with international transportation documentation. Proactive problem solving and organized work style are valued.

Qualificações

• Completed or pursuing higher education in business administration, foreign trade, logistics or related field.
• Experience in international logistics, freight coordination or foreign trade.
• Familiarity with international transportation documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Update import information in TMF, C2C and other systems to meet customer needs.
• Monitor import international ocean and air freight operations.
• Coordinate arrivals with shipping lines, airlines and carriers.
• Support import process and document control.
• Support logistics coordination in import administration and operations.
• Interface with internal departments.

• Monitoring Import international ocean and air freight operations.
• Coordinate arrivals with shipping lines, airlines and carriers.
• Support with import process and following up document control
• Support logistic coordination in import administrative and operation routines.
• Interface with internal departments
• Beginner to advanced English proficiency.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable of freight forwarding in air and ocean transportation.
• Required skills: Planning, time management, collaboration and organization.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, interact with internal and external resources, positive and flexible attitude, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially outlook.
