Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import shipments, monitor customs clearance, and coordinate with carriers and terminals.

The role requires a high school diploma and progress toward or completion of a degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields, with intermediate Excel skills and hands-on experience in office software.

Qualificações

• College degree in progress or completed in International Trade, Logistics or related fields is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor arrival of shipments at destination customs authorities.
• Request removals and re-destinations (DTA and DTC) at terminals.
• Link and verify CE with the Bill of Lading (shipment document).
• Collect original documents from carriers (shipping lines) and freight forwarders/agents.
• Issue cash disbursement requests and process international freight payments.
• Request seals for beverages via e-CAC.
• Create and maintain registrations with terminals, freight agents and shipping lines.
• Enter and update process step dates in the internal system / Conexos.

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• College degree in progress or completed in International Trade, Logistics or related fields (considered a plus);
• Office suite: Intermediate proficiency in Excel
