Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Advanced to Fluent English
• Experience testing ServiceNow solutions and ITSM processes
• Strong knowledge of Change Management processes, including Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Expedited Changes
• Experience with Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Test Execution
• Experience with Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT Support
• Knowledge of Data Migration Testing and Security Testing
• Experience validating workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and business rules
• Experience using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Strong analytical and defect management skills
• Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsabilidades

• Define testing strategies and plans for Change Management solutions

• Coordinate defect triage and resolution with stakeholders

• Execute system, integration, regression, security, migration, usability, and non-functional testing activities
• Develop and maintain automated testing coverage using ServiceNow ATF
• Record, track, and manage defects with reproducible evidence and clear documentation
• Perform retesting, regression testing, and release validation activities
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during defect triage and resolution
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution
• Execute production smoke testing and post-deployment validation activities
• Produce testing reports, quality metrics, and final sign-off documentation
• Ensure solution quality and compliance with project requirements
