Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• At least 3 years designing and developing integrations.
• Hands-on REST and SOAP Web Services experience.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Configuring and supporting MID Servers.
• Integrating enterprise apps across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, API Keys and security best practices.
• Experience with Scripted REST APIs and custom integration solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.

• Advanced to Fluent English
• 3+ years designing and developing integrations
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

• Experience integrating enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments

• Configure inbound and outbound integrations with cloud and on-premises systems
• Build reusable integration frameworks and automation components
• Configure event-driven integrations and real-time synchronization processes
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms and ensure compliance with security standards
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues
• Support production environments and conduct root cause analysis
• Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions
