Qualifications

• 7+ anos de experiência como Business Analyst.
• Inglês avançado a fluente com capacidade de conduzir reuniões com stakeholders dos EUA.
• Experiência com a plataforma ServiceNow e Now Assist AI.
• Experiência prática em projetos baseados em IA.
• Boa compreensão de Now Assist, IA Generativa e tecnologias de LLM.
• Experiência com ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Experiência construindo Catálogos e aplicações de negócios em ServiceNow.
• Forte compreensão de ITIL e melhores práticas.
• Experiência em ambientes Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
• Boas habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
• Capacidade de colaborar com equipes técnicas e não técnicas.
• Capacidade de gerenciar várias prioridades em ambiente dinâmico.

Responsibilities

• Coletar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócios para iniciativas ServiceNow.
• Trabalhar com stakeholders para identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria de processos.
• Traduzir requisitos em especificações funcionais e designs de solução.
• Parcerias com equipes técnicas para entregar soluções ServiceNow e Now Assist AI.
• Apoiar configuração e personalização de aplicações ServiceNow.
• Criar planos de teste, executar testes e validar soluções entregues.
• Fornecer treinamento e suporte aos usuários finais.
• Manter documentação, fluxos de processo, guias de usuário e requisitos.
• Coordenar atividades do projeto e apoiar entrega bem-sucedida.
• Impulsionar adoção de capacidades ServiceNow e recursos de IA.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e otimização de processos.
• Atuar como ponte entre stakeholders e equipes técnicas.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Now Assist AI) who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Advanced to Fluent English with the ability to host meetings with US stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven projects.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Experience building Service Catalogs and business applications.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Experience with AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver ServiceNow and Now Assist AI solutions.
• Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Create test plans, execute testing activities, and validate delivered solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Maintain documentation, process flows, user guides, and business requirements.
• Coordinate project activities and support successful solution delivery.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and AI-powered features.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Micro-Certifications.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
• ITIL Foundation v4.
