Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Excellent grasp of ITIL practices.
• PMI-ACP or PSPO certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow projects.

• Support platform configuration and customization.
• Plan and execute tests to ensure quality.
• Train users and maintain complete documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – ServiceNow to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow projects.

• Train users and maintain complete documentation.

• Fluent English (meetings with U.S. stakeholders).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related fields.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL.
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication.
• Nice to have: Experience in ServiceNow configuration/customization.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• PMI‑ACP or PSPO certification.
