Responsibilities

• Assist in developing ServiceNow solutions while following best practices.
• Work with clients to understand technical issues.
• Offer creative ideas to solve business challenges.
• Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to the services we offer at The Cloud People.
• Communicate technical information to different audiences.
• Help with writing clear documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Some experience (1+ years) in ServiceNow project implementation.
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, development, and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile and Scrum is a plus.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work on GMT-1 (CET).
