We are seeking a Senior Researcher with a strong background in consumer behavior, market research, or psychology to lead strategic insight initiatives in a multicultural, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment.
This role will lead the execution of user research, including direct interaction with users, and drive proactive initiatives for continuous customer feedback. By incorporating competitor analysis and market trend identification, the researcher will generate insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs — fueling product innovation, experience improvements, and business growth.
