Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery in a dynamic IT environment in Brazil. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams, and partner with the Product Owner to keep a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.

You’ll remove impediments and mentor teams toward high performance in a distributed setup. With strong experience in Kanban, SAFe, Jira, and stakeholder management, you will lead large epics, manage risks, and foster continuous

• Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments.
• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping.
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience leading large epics or projects in a scaled Agile environment.
• Previous program management experience within the IT industry.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)

Experience leading large epics or projects in a scaled Agile environment.

Previous program management experience within the IT industry.
