We are seeking a highly experienced regulatory professional to lead our efforts in the agrochemical sector. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of regulatory affairs across multiple regions, with a focus on product registration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities related to product registration and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee field trial operations and coordinate toxicological and ecotoxicological research.
• Prepare and submit registration dossiers to authorities.
• Represent the company in regulatory committees and discussions.
• Support patent submissions and the company's regulatory strategy.
• Ensure progress and compliance of all registration projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating field and lab trials, preparing and submitting registration dossiers, and representing the company in regulatory committees.

This permanent full-time position based in the Netherlands offers relocation support and visa sponsorship for international applicants.

Key Requirements

• Masters degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.
• At least 8 years experience in regulatory affairs for pesticides, particularly in Latin America and Africa.
• Strong analytical skills and methodical working style.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, Indian or Chinese is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
