Pobl in Botucatu, São Paulo, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare/pharma initiatives and own Workfront end-to-end. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and provide clear delivery updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility includes governance, KPI/SLAs compliance, and ongoing process improvement through templates and dashboards. English fluency is essential; CVs should be in English.

Qualificações

• Extensive project management experience in healthcare/pharma.
• Experience managing marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Fluent spoken English required for client communication and internal collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, templates, forms, metadata, tasks, timelines and status.
• Monitor progress, timing, dependencies, and capacity; surface risks and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams; assign roles and manage freelancer/vendor needs.
• Lead project discussions; deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for client and internal status meetings.
• Prepare project, utilization, and performance reports to ensure KPIs/SLAs; maintain governance and audit readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks; streamline workflows; contribute templates, automations, and dashboards; participate in weekly resourcing meetings.

One of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare commercialisation firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team Please note, this role requires:

• Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly)
• Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns.
• Confident Spoken English is essential

Project Operations & Workfront Ownership

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation.
• Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors.
• Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only).

Reporting, Forecasting & Governance

• Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
• Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close.

Process Optimisation

• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed.
