Qualificações

• Experience mapping and redesign using BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and data tooling (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Experience documenting processes and creating BPMN flowcharts.
• Structured, organized thinker with strong communication with tech and business teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or project management.
• Experience with process automation (RPA) or low-code tools.
• Experience working in technology or SaaS companies.
• Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Map, design, optimize, and document processes, ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement, with an analytical, data-driven approach to support departmental decision-making.
• Map existing processes (as-is) and design optimized workflows (to-be), identifying bottlenecks, rework, and automation opportunities.
• Document processes, policies, and routines clearly and accessibly for the teams involved.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar frameworks.
• Gather and analyze operational data to diagnose issues and support recommendations.
• Support the implementation of tools, automation solutions (RPA/scripts), and integrations that improve process efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams when prioritizing automation and process improvement requests.
• Track process performance indicators (productivity, cycle time, and quality) after implementation.
• Promote a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement across teams.

• Structured, organized approach with strong logical reasoning skills.
