Jobtailor in Brazil (Caxias do Sul) seeks a Lead for continuous improvement to drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile initiatives. You will map processes, drive optimization projects, and monitor improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

The role requires BPM expertise, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across departments. Proficiency with Bizagi/Visio and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma.
Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with Bizagi and Visio.
Experience in process mapping, management, and improvement (BPM).
Experience leading operational transformation projects.
Knowledge of process automation or hyperautomation.
Experience analyzing performance indicators and working in a data-driven environment.
Knowledge of Agile methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a plus.
Strong influencing, communication, stakeholder engagement, and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
Experience in financial services and other service-based businesses is a plus.
Experience delivering training and serving as a training facilitator is a plus.
