Jobtailor seeks a process automation specialist to design and implement automation solutions within a legal controllership context. You will leverage Power Automate, Excel macros, VBA, SharePoint, and Power BI to boost efficiency and reduce manual work across tax and fiscal management processes.

Ideal candidates bring a background in engineering or IT, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive drive to optimize platforms and tools for digital transformation.

Qualificações

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of process automation.
Intermediate knowledge of Power Automate.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel macros and VBA (preferred).
Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Lists.
Intermediate knowledge of databases.
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
Interest in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and automation tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.

Responsabilidades

Create process automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Use artificial intelligence, Power Automate, Excel macros and VBA, SharePoint, and Power BI to implement technology solutions
Monitor the department’s processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Collaborate on the development and implementation of innovative solutions focused on automation and digital transformation
Contribute to a strategic perspective on platforms and tools applicable to process and results optimization
Work in the Legal Controllership Improvement team, which supports tax and fiscal management, tax inspections, digital certificates, electronic powers of attorney, corporate and registration management, legal process audits, court-ordered deposits, provisions, accounting reconciliations, explanatory notes, and payments
