Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an experienced RPA Automation Engineer to map operational processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead the design and implementation of bots and workflow automations.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, monitor production deployments, and collaborate with business teams to prioritize improvements in a hybrid, contractor-driven environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
At least 2 years of experience with automation or continuous improvement.
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, n8n, Power Automate or similar).
Experience mapping processes and designing automations.
Experience building or maintaining RPA bots and rule-based automations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analytical, organized, proactive, and strong communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and English reading proficiency.
Preferred: experience with AI agents, workflow tools, or orchestration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience with operational processes, automation, or continuous improvement
Experience with RPA (UiPath, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools)
Experience mapping processes and designing automations
Experience building or maintaining RPA bots and rule-based automations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Analytical, organized, proactive, and strong communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
English proficiency for technical reading
Preferred: experience with AI agents, workflow, or orchestration tools
Familiarity with LLM-based workflows and API integrations
Knowledge of SQL or Python
Experience working in a hybrid environment and under a contractor (PJ) arrangement
