Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Process Improvement professional to lead the design and execution of process mapping, standardization, and performance improvement initiatives. You will develop frameworks, monitor outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and sustainability across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, 3–5 years in process management, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, and COBIT.

• 3-5 years of experience in process management and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and modeling.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ITIL, and COBIT.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and analyze requests from business areas, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process assessments and mapping, defining appropriate analysis methodologies.
• Structure projects, action plans, timelines, and required resources.
• Develop and implement improvements, standards, and process management frameworks.
• Monitor projects, deadlines, deliverables, and results.
• Standardize and optimize operational processes.
• Prepare and maintain process and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate the communication and implementation of standardized practices with the relevant teams.
• Identify nonconformities and propose corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
