Jobtailor is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist in São Paulo to drive process mapping, optimization, and data-driven improvements across multiple projects. You will implement BPMN and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, train staff, and ensure environmental compliance while aligning with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation of procedures, and adoption of standardized processes to enhance efficiency and quality within the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or stated.
• Specialization in process mapping and Process Mining is preferred.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certifications are valued.
• Experience with BPMN and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is expected.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and exploration is needed.
• Healthcare management experience is a plus.

• Understand environmental aspects and support improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to compliance with legal environmental requirements.
• Use environmental control procedures and collect evidence of compliance.
• Support Emergency Response Brigade during drills and incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Specialization in process mapping and Process Mining; healthcare management experience is a plus.
• Experience designing, mapping, and improving processes using BPM, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of Process Mining using any applicable tool.
• Knowledge of data manipulation, preparation, and exploration.
• Specific knowledge of Green Belt or Black Belt methodologies, BPM, BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, and data analysis.
• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
