Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a results-driven professional to lead continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven process transformation across operations. This role focuses on Lean Six Sigma, RPA and DPA implementations, and fostering a culture of proactive problem solving.

You will design and monitor Power Automate web and desktop automations, build SQL-based insights, and manage data pipelines in Databricks, translating analyses into executive-level storytelling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required or preferred in Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to improve operational and administrative processes.
• Lead efficiency, productivity, and waste-reduction projects.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to problem analysis and resolution.
• Develop automations using Power Automate Web and Power Automate Desktop.
• Design RPA and DPA solutions to automate routines and eliminate manual activities.
• Create queries and analyses using SQL.
• Develop, monitor, and manage data pipelines in Databricks.
• Conduct diagnostics, identify root causes, and develop action plans.
• Track performance indicators and ensure results are sustained.
• Work closely with partner teams, influencing decisions and driving change.
• Turn analyses and data into executive presentations, using storytelling to communicate problems, opportunities, and results.
• Actively participate in meetings by contributing ideas, asking questions, and proposing solutions.
• A proactive, action-oriented self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and propose solutions.

• Experience managing and monitoring data pipelines
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into insights and improvement opportunities
