Jobtailor in Brazil seeks an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure and network environment. You will handle servers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi, ensuring high availability and security across the stack.

The role involves executing changes, handling incidents, and supporting disaster recovery while documenting configurations and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience administering infrastructure and network environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of Citrix.
• Knowledge of networks, protocols and connectivity will be considered a plus.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, organized and able to work in a team.
• Intermediate spoken English.
• Certifications related to infrastructure, networking or Microsoft solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and IT environment management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain infrastructure and network environments (servers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi and related services), ensuring availability, performance and security.
• Execute and support infrastructure and network changes, including configurations, upgrades, patches and deployments, following change management processes.
• Handle incident, problem and service request resolution, ensuring fulfillment within established service levels (SLAs).
• Ensure environment compliance by applying security policies, access control, vulnerability management and IT best practices.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including backup, redundancy and service availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient delivery of infrastructure and network services.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, including diagrams, procedures, configurations and operational standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements focused on automation, standardization, security, performance and reliability of the environment.
• Perform technical escalations when necessary and ensure traceability of activities and requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
