Jobtailor is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will oversee identity and access in Entra ID, configure Azure resources and enforce security controls across the Microsoft 365 stack.

Responsibilities include automation with PowerShell, documenting operations, handling incidents, and supporting Azure & Intune deployments. A solid ITIL background and English proficiency are required.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
English: Intermediate to Advanced.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 including licensing (E3, E5, Business Premium).
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID: users, dynamic groups, roles, MFA, CA, SSO, hybrid sync via Entra Connect.
Experience with Microsoft Azure: VMs, VNets, storage, Azure Backup, Monitor, RBAC, cost management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune: compliance and configuration policies, app deployment, security baselines, Windows Autopilot.
PowerShell (Az, Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph) for automation.
Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy, certificates, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Windows Server/Active Directory with GPOs and cloud coexistence.
ITIL fundamentals applied to incident, request, change and problem management.

Implement and monitor information security controls in the Microsoft environment using Defender and Purview.
Perform backup, restore and update routines for operating systems and applications.
Develop automations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to optimize administrative tasks.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base articles.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure and cloud services incidents.
Support infrastructure projects by participating in planning, testing, deployment and transition to operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Technology or related fields.
Intermediate to Advanced English.
Experience administering Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and licensing (E3, E5, Business Premium).
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID: users, dynamic groups, roles, MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, SSO (SAML/OIDC) and hybrid synchronization via Entra Connect.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, virtual networks, NSGs, storage, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, RBAC, tags and cost management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune: compliance and configuration policies, application deployment, security baselines and Windows Autopilot.
Intermediate PowerShell (Az, Exchange Online and Microsoft Graph modules) for automating administrative routines.
Networking and supporting services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy, digital certificates and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services, including GPOs and cloud coexistence scenarios.
ITIL fundamentals applied to incident, request, change and problem management using an ITSM tool.
