Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead who translates strategy into technical implementation. You will maintain networks, servers, security controls, and incident response, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include planning and improving preventive and corrective procedures, supporting level 2/3 incidents, and ensuring audits and compliance with ISO 27000, CIS, NIST, and PCI DSS standards.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Networks, or a related field.
Solid experience in IT infrastructure.
Certifications in Fortinet, Windows Server, Networking, or Linux are a plus.
Certifications in ISO 27000 series, CIS Controls, NIST, ITIL, or PCI DSS are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Be the technical and strategic reference for the IT infrastructure area.
Translate the area's strategy into technical implementation.
Plan, propose, and implement solutions to improve IT infrastructure processes and cybersecurity.
Execute, monitor, and improve internal preventive and corrective support procedures for the infrastructure and cybersecurity environment.
Provide level 2 and 3 support; track and document tickets, incidents, and requests.
Participate in and monitor audit processes.
Respond to incidents, propose solutions, and deliver training.

Be the technical and strategic reference for the IT infrastructure area

Provide technical support to users and to IT infrastructure
Perform maintenance and support for networks, servers, and services
Work with wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) networks
Network addressing (TCP/IP)
Manage and monitor servers, services, and computer networks (LAN and VLAN)
Work with firewalls (rules, routes, VPNs, web filtering, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Networks, or a related field
Solid experience in IT infrastructure
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Fortinet, Windows Server, Linux, and networking (switches, TCP/UDP)
Certifications in Fortinet, Windows Server, Networking, or Linux are a plus
Certifications in the ISO 27000 series (e.g., 27001/27002/27003), CIS Controls, CYS, NIST, ITIL, or PCI DSS are a plus
Knowledge, courses, or certifications in server management, networking, security, etc.
Analytical, strategic, proactive, responsible, dedicated, and organized

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in IT infrastructure management, including network and server maintenance, cybersecurity processes, and incident response. Proficient in translating strategic objectives into technical implementations while providing high-level support and training.
