Jobtailor is seeking a mid-level Infrastructure Analyst to administer servers and network services across on-premises and cloud environments in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

You will monitor performance, availability, and capacity, enforce security policies, manage backup routines, and provide 2nd/3rd level support for complex incidents while documenting configurations and changes. Some exposure to cloud and IaC is preferred.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree completed.
Mid-level Infrastructure Analyst / Sysadmin experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.
Networking experience: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls.
Virtualization experience: VMware, Hyper-V.
Backup, monitoring, and high availability knowledge.
Info security applied to infrastructure.
Root cause analysis and complex-incident resolution.
Cloud experience preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Infrastructure automation: scripting, IaC (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform).
Certifications in infra, networking, or cloud preferred.
Official Zabbix Specialist/Professional certifications.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Infrastructure Analyst / Sysadmin at mid level
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server and/or Linux)

Knowledge of backup routines, monitoring, and high availability
Understanding of information security as applied to infrastructure
